A Thriving Congregation
The founder is Jesus Christ upon this rock I built my Church. And we are just one of those who humbly submitted ourselves to the Will of God. Hereโs a closer look at the four steps of our leadership skills approach:
1. Motivate: Link the community experiences to the central concept of the ministry to-show why the ministry is relevant to their lives. Help the community answer the question, why salvation is important to them.
2. Explore: Present the community with the Biblical information they need to understand the central concept of the Ministry. (Such information could include facts about the people; the setting; cultural, historical, and / or geographical details; current events.)
3. Apply: Provide the community with some kind of opportunities to practice the information given them. This is a crucial step; information alone is not enough to help a person grow in Christ. Assist the community in answering the question, how can they apply to my life what I have learned?
4. Create: Finally, encourage the community to be โdoers of the word, and not hearers onlyโ (James 1:22). Invite them to make a life response to the community. This provides individuals and groups with opportunities for creative self-expression and exploration.

Fellowship of the believers, in our mutual sharing with one another in prayer, in believers. Millions of people around the world need just one thing โ opportunity. They want better lives for themselves and their families. MCC provides the tools for people around the world to escape poverty, hunger and health problems such as HIV / AIDS.

# Personal discipline is essential to fulfil the community goals. A place of worship that will feed and bring in the atmosphere presence of God. Healing and deliverance, the Leaderships are called and ordained by God to deliver the captives, heal the sick and bring sinners to repentance as command by our Lord Jesus Christ (Matthew 10:1). There is a great joy in worshipping with us.

This ministryโs object is to carry out activities which benefit and inspire the community and (without limitation) to serve the Churches by providing effective theological education worldwide, to share Mount Calvary Church programmers and to extend its courses to private students aspiring to be ministers in the vineyard of Christ. MCC โ UK will be assists people in Africa, Asia, the West Indies and the UK and elsewhere, whatever their ethnicity or beliefs.

At Mount Calvary Church, we pursue the Glory of God through worship, ministry, giving and education. We strive to connect with Jesus Christ and to each other, in order to magnify His name. At the heart of everything we do is the understanding that we must love God with all our heart, with all our soul, and with all our mind, and to treat our neighbours as we wish to be treated ourselves.
We aim to provide a strong Christian voice and ensure that it is heard in our increasingly multi-faith communities. This mission of MCC organisation is based on the Old Testment Scripturefrom the book of Nehemiah. โThen I told them of the hand of my GOD which was good upon me, as also the Kingโs words that he had spoken unto me. And they said, Let us rise up and build. So they strengthened their hands for this good workโ (Neh.2:18).To support local, national and international assemblies in the spreading of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and building Christian community throughout the world. Mainly, however, we work to create lasting solutions, empowering people to reach their potentials.

The Soul of Mount Cavalry Church
We have set some specific, measurable, achievable and relevant targets necessary for our goals. Our funds raising will also support projects in Africa, Asia, Caribbean and the UK. Your contribution makes it possible for MCC to plan and respond effectively. Our targets and objectives will not only be for the short term, but also for the medium and long term. The Christian Church consists of various ministry groups who come together for worship, fellowship, and prayer. Each ministry has its own peculiar needs or problems that demand attention. Pastoral ministry is not limited to the pulpit alone, it should aim at helping the various groups โ youths, children, parents, elderly, singles, and widows โ on a personal one-to-one basis. The counselling ministry forms part of the Pastoral Ministry. Thus, the pastor is not only a preacher, teacher, leader, or an administrator but also a counsellor. There are obviously problems that cannot be solved through the pulpit ministry alone. These can be easily taken care of by the counselling ministry.
Humanitarian service is one of the major aspects of MCC Leadership. From the early ministries, they are known for helping the poor and needy (John 21:15-17).

This MCC is committed to training, appointing, and ordination also consecration men and women for ministry service in the Kingdom of God. We understand that ministry is not confined to the pulpit, but that it extends beyond the four walls into the hedges and highways. Therefore, our goal is to help equip you, the student, and ministers, with the necessary tools to minister the Gospel in your home, on your job, or wherever you may be.
